Slow cooked or smoked! I’d never cooked brisket until last year, and now, its a treat once a month! Ours are sold rolled and tied for easy storage and handling, but you just cut the strings, and voila, ready for your smoker! we don’t have a smoker, so I do em in the crockpot, over a bed of caramelized onions and wine. its pretty amazing too!
brisket is $6/lb, but hold off on payment until i pack, as the size varies!
