A great selection of everything a hog has to offer! A roast, chops, bacon, ground, ribs, shoulder steaks, sausage.  Amounts of each vary on availability, but I always put lots in!  18-20 lbs of meat in total. This is one of our best selling package deals! $100.  I enjoy making up these packs, trying to include a bit of everything, and imagining the delicious things all of you cook with em!
