Description

As the name implies, these ain’t fancy.  They are the burgers you flop on the broiler at 10 o’clock at night, or when the neighbour’s horde of hungry children descend upon your house.  These are the burgers you use to stave off utter starvation, and indeed, anarchy.  They are too lean, an unhappy accident that we will blame on greenhorn butchers, and leave it at that.   Priced accordingly. $7/lb, 1/4 lb patties, 4 to a pack.
