These are a lesser known cut! Not quite as tender as regular pork chops, they make up for it by being extra juicy and packing in the flavour.  our favorite way to eat em is baked in the oven with a bit of BBQ sauce or our Secret Pork Rub.  As we sneak up on fall, and kiss goodbye to grilling season (lies, all good Canadians grill all year), these are a pretty awesome option. 2 per pack, $7.
