A VASTLY underused and underrated cut of beef!! We got hooked last year, and I’m finally sharing! Not the meatiest cut, the oxtail is similiar to ribs to cook and eat. But when you cook it and make broth for soup!!! OMG!!! the best soup EVER!! Its pricey cause, well, steers only have 1 tail! $15/package, roughly 1.5 lbs.
