Description

This is our redneck, make-do, fake it till you make it take on turkey!  Hahaha!  Turkeys do not like to live!  Chickasaurses DO!  These are properly called Cornish Cross grow outs.  They are simply mature broilers.  Careful feeding has given them flavour, juiciness, massive  amounts of white meat, and beautiful presentation.  They weigh between 10 and 15 lbs, and will feed a crowd.
