Another tender and very tradition cut.  The  Tbone is the corresponding cut on a steer, and we all like those!  Slow baked or BBQ, these pair perfectly with a sweet, spicy BBQ sauce.  Lamb is very rich and flavorful, so we find 2 chops is a serving, as long as ya got some spuds too! lol.  $20/lb, 4 in a pack.
